Writing is an exercise.  So is hiking.

Besides inspiring writers through this blog, one of my personal goals this year is to do more hiking.  

I have become a fan of the Hawaii Trail and Mountain Club.  They are a non-profit, volunteer group that hosts guided hikes on O`ahu for varying skill levels.  Please check them out.  I hope to see you on the trails!
